Man accused of aiding blood samples swapping in Pune Porsche crash gets bail

The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted bail to Ashpak Makandar, who is among those accused of aiding the swapping of blood samples in the 2024 Pune Porsche crash that claimed two lives. The court granted him bail after noting that other co-accused facing similar allegations have already got bail. Earlier, three men accused of swapping blood samples were granted bail.
