Man announces 'petrol langar' in Chandigarh, locals return empty-handed after waiting in rain

While braving heavy rains, large crowds assembled for the free fuel, forcing the owners to shut down the filling station abruptly. The angry locals were left disappointed after Trehan postponed the 'langar' after hours of waiting.
