Man arrested after asking cops to check his drug's quality

A 49-year-old man in Florida, US, was arrested after he contacted the police to have the quality of his drug tested. Douglas Kelly suspected that his dealer had sold him the wrong substance after he thought he had bought methamphetamine. The police called him to test the drug's quality and eventually arrested him for possession of narcotics.
