Man arrested for conning Congress leaders by posing as Rahul Gandhi's secretary

A man named Gaurav Kumar was arrested by Dehradun Police for allegedly conning several Congress leaders by posing as LoP Rahul Gandhi’s secretary. An Uttarakhand Congress leader recently claimed that Kumar promised her a party position and demanded ₹25 lakh from her. She said Kumar put her on speakerphone with individuals, including someone claiming to be former CM Harish Rawat.
