Man arrested for harassing woman outside her home in UP

A 28-year-old man was arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad for harassing a woman outside her home, police said. The accused, identified as Mukesh, followed the woman from a market before committing the act, according to UP police. He was identified and apprehended after police scanned footage from about 25 CCTV cameras to identify him, reports stated.
