Man arrested for raping 18-year-old Dalit woman in UP's Ballia

A man was arrested for allegedly raping an 18-year-old Dalit woman in a village in Ballia, UP. The victim alleged that the accused, Rahul Rajbhar (22), raped her after dragging her to a sugarcane field. Rajbhar allegedly made the video of the act and posted it on social media, police said.
