Man arrested with gun and 20 rounds of ammunition near US Capitol

A 71-year-old man was arrested with a gun and 20 rounds of ammunition near US Capitol, police said. According to court documents, Dennis Westover had a list of "both US and West Virginia state senators and representatives, with [their] contact information". This came a day after Department of Homeland Security issued a nationwide domestic terrorism alert following Joe Biden's inauguration.
