Man asks Kejriwal 'Why didn't we see you with muffler this winter?', CM responds

A man took to Twitter to ask Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal why hasn't he started using muffler this winter. The man added, "It's very cold...the public is asking where is your muffler." Responding to the man, Kejriwal wrote, "I have been using muffler from a long time. You guys haven't noticed. It's very cold. Everyone should take care of themselves."
