Man booked under IPC 376, 313 for forcing abortion on partner

In Pune, a 28-year-old woman has accused her long-time partner of betrayal, rape, and causing a miscarriage without her consent. As per the FIR, Adarsh Valmik Meshram allegedly promised marriage, but mixed abortion pills in her dessert after she got pregnant. The case is filed under IPC Sections 376, 313, and others. Police have begun an investigation.
