A man sparked discussion online after explaining how many companies inflate CTC figures. He said, "A student...showed...his offer letter [of] ₹18 LPA." According to him, the student's guaranteed base salary was only ₹6 LPA, and the remaining ₹12 lakh was tied to conditions that may never materialise. "His ₹18 LPA offer is...₹6 LPA guaranteed and ₹12 LPA imaginary," he added.
