Man calls ambulance 39 times in a year to use as a free taxi in Taiwan; warned

The police have warned a Taiwanese man who called the ambulance service 39 times in one year to use the service as a free taxi. He refused to walk 200 meters from the supermarket to his home, that's near a hospital. He was busted after the hospital noticed that he left on his own every time without a check-up.
