Man City beat Newcastle in PL, move closer to table-toppers Arsenal

Manchester City defeated Newcastle United 2-1 in their Premier League 2025-26 match at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on Saturday. City's 20-year-old footballer, Nico O'Reilly, scored the opener in the 14th minute, with Newcastle's Lewis Hall netting the equaliser in the 22nd. O'Reilly struck again in the 27th minute to help City cut current table-toppers Arsenal's lead to two points.
