Man claims his wife hid being transgender, moves Delhi HC to seek medical exam

A man has moved Delhi High Court seeking directions to Delhi Police to get his wife's gender tested at a government hospital. The man has claimed his wife is a transgender and hid this fact before their marriage. He contended that this concealment caused him mental trauma, prevented consummation of marriage and led to various false legal proceedings against him.
