Man claims IndiGo charged ₹8,000 after cancelling flight

Due to restricted air space in several airports in India recently, Indian airlines were forced to cancel hundreds of flights. The airlines offered rescheduling and full-refund options to the customers. However, an IndiGo customer shared that he was not offered a full refund, and was charged with a hefty cancellation charge of ₹8,000, after his Chandigarh-Mumbai flight was cancelled.
