A Bengaluru resident claimed his landlord asked him to vacate his 1 room-kitchen home after he refused to pay extra ₹300 as "bore motor repair charges". He noted he pays ₹6,500/month for a "crappy and crampy room". "I know nothing can be done...Just wanted to share situation in Namma Bengaluru, where landlords are taking advantage of every situation," he added.
