Man claims Rahul's remark made him panic & drop milk worth ₹250, files complaint in Bihar

A man has filed a complaint against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'we're now fighting BJP, RSS and Indian state itself' remark in Bihar alleging that the speech was inflammatory. In the complaint, the man claimed that the remark caused him "mental agony" and caused him to panic, which in turn made him drop 5 litres of milk worth ₹250.
