Man claims Reliance denied accident insurance claim over thyroid, says 'Wear helmet for hormones'

Event planner Manoj Veerakumar claimed Reliance General Insurance rejected a woman's claim for a road accident, saying she didn't reveal she'd thyroid. "Got hit by a vehicle?...Doesn't matter...Your thyroid once dared to misbehave," he said. "Insurance logic works in mysterious ways...Next time, maybe we should carry thyroid reports while crossing roads and wear helmets for hormones," he added.
