Man claims there's no insurance cover if cars use ethanol-blended petrol, insurer replies

An X user claimed insurance firms won't cover engine damage cases if the fuel being used by the car owner is ethanol-blended (E20) petrol. He shared a screenshot showing ACKO General Insurance calling E20 usage "gross negligence". The insurer responded saying, "Engine failure due to any fuel isn't an accident, and thus not covered under standard insurance policy."
