Man climbs Eiffel Tower & hangs US flag on 250th anniversary, arrested

A man was arrested in Paris on Saturday for hanging US' flag on its 250th Anniversary at the Eiffel Tower in the afternoon. He hung the flag between the second and third floors of the monument and did not give any explanation of his motives, police said. The two floors were evacuated after the incident and the flag taken down.
