Man cooked alive in an industrial oven

Bumble Bee Foods was charged for violating safety regulations following the case of a California worker, Jose Melena getting cooked alive with 12,000 pounds of tuna in Santa Fe (USA) in 2012. Melena was reportedly cleaning the 35-foot-long oven when oblivious co-workers loaded it and turned it on. The said industrial oven generally cooks for two hours at 270 degrees.
