Man cuts off wife's head over domestic dispute & walks around with it in Bengal

A 40-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly killing his wife by chopping her head following a domestic dispute in West Bengal's East Midnapore. The man, who is mentally unstable, moved around with the severed head when locals saw him and informed the police. The man was soaked in blood.
