Man dragged IRS officer's daughter from rooftop after rape, used her finger to open safe: Report

Rahul Meena, accused of raping and killing an IRS officer's daughter in Delhi, dragged the unconscious victim from a rooftop study room to a lower floor in her residence to access the safe, India Today reported. He tried to unlock safe using victim's finger. Meena previously worked as household help for IRS officer and was fired months before the incident.
