Man dressed as cockroach reaches civic body's office in UP; video goes viral

To draw attention to the pollution in Yamuna, a man dressed up as a cockroach and reached Mathura civic body's office. The man said he was compelled to do this to open the eyes of "incompetent" officials. The incident followed the launch of satirical social media account Cockroach Janta Party.
