Man drops pants on terrace and flashes at woman, she reports pic to police

A man has been arrested in Bengaluru for allegedly flashing his private parts at a woman. The man allegedly dropped his pants at his terrace and flashed at her and kept grinning when she shouted at him. The woman then clicked the accused's picture and reported the incident to police.
