A man shared a video of him desperately escaping a building while two deadly earthquakes struck Venezuela. As he made his way down the staircase, the video showed the increasing scale of destruction at each floor. As he reached the lower levels, sections of the staircase appeared partially blocked by debris from the earthquake. People described the video as "chilling".
