Man expresses happiness as PM Modi lauds his Hemis Monastery manuscript

Stanzin Mingur, a lecturer from Ladakh said PM Narendra Modi mentioning the Hemis Monastery manuscript submitted by him was a "matter of happiness". He added that he submitted all manuscripts related to the Hemis Monastery for the government's 'Gyan Bharatam' survey. "The Hemis Monastery in Ladakh has provided information about valuable Tibetan manuscripts," PM Modi said on Mann Ki Baat.
