Man falls off bike after rope from truck hooks him by neck in Tamil Nadu

A man fell from his bike onto the road after a rope dangling loosely from a truck that was passing by hooked him by his neck in Tamil Nadu. A CCTV camera installed on the roadside in Tamil Nadu's Thoothukudi district captured the accident. The biker is being treated at a hospital and is out of danger.
