Man falls to Madhya Pradesh minister's feet; he walks on

A video of a man falling to Madhya Pradesh Minister Govind Singh's feet has surfaced online. The video shows Singh moving forward without listening to the man and getting inside a car. Reportedly, the minister was meeting people who were submitting their petitions in Bhopal and the man fell to his feet in an attempt to present his case.
