Man finds 7.46-carat diamond in US park; pics released

A French tourist who visited Arkansas' Crater of Diamonds State Park in the US for the first time found a 7.46-carat diamond. France's Julien Navas was visiting the US to see a rocket launch and learned about the Arkansas park. A few days before Navas' visit, the park had received over an inch of rain.
