A Bengaluru-San Francisco Air India flight passenger found a metal piece resembling a blade in his in-flight meal. "I got a feel of it only after chewing the grub for a few seconds. Thankfully, no harm was done," the passenger, Mathures Paul, wrote on X. "What if the metal piece was in the food served to a child," he asked.
