Man fined ₹300 for not wearing helmet while walking in MP, probe on

An investigation is underway after a man was allegedly fined ₹300 for not wearing a helmet while he was walking in Madhya Pradesh's Panna. He claimed he was forcibly taken to a police station while on his way to invite people to his daughter's birthday and the officers issued him the fine using the number of a bike parked nearby.
