Man found alive under rubble of 9-storey building 8 days after Venezuela earthquakes

A security guard in his 40s was found alive and rescued from under the rubble of a nine-storey building eight days after the deadly twin earthquakes in Venezuela. Authorities, who took 70 hours to rescue him, said that he is in "good condition". The death toll from last week's earthquakes has exceeded 2,000 lives, and over 11,000 have been injured.
