Man gets 15 years in jail for raping, kidnapping minor in Noida

A Gautam Buddh Nagar court sentenced Greater Noida resident Mohit to 10 years for raping a minor and 5 years for abducting her for marriage, to run concurrently. Judge Vikas Nagar imposed a ₹55,000 fine, with 85% allocated for the victim's rehabilitation. The victim was confirmed as a minor at the time of the 2017 incident.
