Influencer Sahil Makhija shared a video showing a crushed Baskin Robbins ice cream sandwich that he received from Zepto. "I want to know...what Zepto is doing?" Makhija said in the video. Responding to the incident, Baskin Robbins blamed Zepto for its storage practices, saying, "Integrity of product wasn't maintained at the storage unit." Baskin Robbins said it'll escalate the issue.
