Man hangs banner on back, rides bike to campaign against bribery ahead of TN polls

A social activist, Nivedan Kumar, is raising awareness about bribery in Vellore ahead of Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. Kumar, who carries a placard on his back, rides a bike across city to educate voters about ethical voting. “My aim is for every voter to pledge that their vote isn't for sale...and to ensure 100% participation without selling votes,” he said.
