Man held for raping minor accused of trying to spread HIV in Delhi

A 25-year-old man arrested for allegedly raping an eight-year-old girl in Delhi has been found to be HIV positive and has now been accused of deliberately trying to spread it, police said. He recently shifted to a rented accommodation where the minor lives with her mother, police added. "Police said my daughter might be infected with AIDS," girl's mother said.
