Man held in Scotland is US fugitive who faked death to escape rape charges: Court

A man who was arrested in Scotland last year is a US fugitive who faked his own death to avoid rape charges, a UK court ruled on Friday. The accused, identified as Nicholas Rossi, has repeatedly claimed he's Arthur Knight, an orphan from Ireland who's never been to the US. The accused's tattoos and fingerprints however matched those of Rossi.
