Man imports genetic material to create giant hybrid sheep in US, arrested

An 81-year-old US man has been sentenced to six months in prison for trying to breed an enormous sheep using genetic material from endangered animals so he could sell them to trophy hunting ranches, authorities said. Arthur Schubarth illegally imported parts of the world's largest species of sheep from Kyrgyzstan. He used it to create cloned embryos in US.
