Man in 'Drunk Lives Matter' shirt arrested for drunk driving

A man in the US state of Pennsylvania, Elwood R Gutshall III, was recently arrested on suspicion of drunk driving while wearing a 'Drunk Lives Matter' t-shirt. A blood-alcohol test revealed that the alcohol consumption of the 44-year-old was nearly three times the legal limit. The incident was recorded in March 2017.
