Man in 'Manchester Arena bomber' Halloween costume arrested in UK after pics surface

A man has been arrested in UK for wearing a Halloween costume depicting Manchester Arena bomber Salman Abedi. Pictures of the man carrying a rucksack with "Boom" and "TNT" written on the front had surfaced on social media. Abedi killed 22 people as well as himself at an Ariana Grande concert at the arena in 2017.
