Man instigates elephant by pulling its tail in Odisha, arrested after video goes viral

A 24-year-old man was arrested for instigating a wild elephant by pulling its tail in Odisha's Angul district. A video of the incident was also shared by IFS officer Susant Nanda. The elephant was moving around Kulad area when it was chased by locals while the accused pulled its tail, instigating it to charge towards others.
