Man jumps in dirty water to avoid arrest, asks police to rescue him

A video released by Florida police shows a man jumping into a water body infested with algae to avoid being arrested. He was trying to flee after being stopped by policemen for overspeeding. However, he was surrounded by the algae and began swimming back to the policemen, who pulled him out after he extended his hand asking for help.
