Man kills dietitian wife, hides body in cement-filled box in Surat

Gujarat Police arrested Vishal Salvi, who was reportedly unemployed, for allegedly killing his wife Shilpa Salvi, a 39-year-old dietitian. The crime came to light after their 13-year-old son found a letter in which Vishal reportedly confessed to the killing, citing years of domestic disputes and stress. Police later recovered Shilpa's body from a cement-filled box at their former home.
