Man kills elderly man & woman, seen dragging dead body on road in Bihar

A man in Bihar's Bhagalpur allegedly killed an elderly man and woman and then dragged one of the dead bodies on the national highway, reports said. Visuals of the incident have also surfaced online, with reports saying that the man, identified as Mohammad Azad, was 'mentally disturbed'. The incident reportedly took place in the early morning hours of August 15.
