Man kills wife, 3-yr-old son, infant twins in murder-suicide in Phoenix

Five members of a family, including a three-year-old and 6-month-old twin daughters, were found dead inside their home in Arizona's Phoenix earlier this week. The incident is being investigated as a murder-suicide with the father, Jasen Hudgens, being the lone suspect, said police. Jasen was reportedly found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound while the children had "obvious signs of trauma".
