A man, Jason Shen, left his Meta job despite earning about $250,000 (around ₹2 crore) annually, saying the money was great but something was missing. He said the "money was great", but he could not imagine continuing in the same environment for another 20 years. "I would have had to grind for that money for years," he told Business Insider.
