A man who spent over ₹4 crore ($700,000 AUD) for his new home in Australia was left with 'half a house' after a mix-up with the builder. The builders built a 'semi-duplex' on half the plot instead of the original agreement for a free-standing home. After the construction started, the council said the block needed to have a duplex.
