Man left with swollen body after diving accident 4 years ago

Fifty-seven-year-old deep sea diver Alejandro Ramos was left with swollen arms and chest after a diving accident four years ago. The accident occurred when a cargo ship cut across his vital air hose, which was his only source of compressed air. The change in pressure caused damage to his chest and arms and added 30 kilogram to his frame.
