Man loses ₹1 cr on lottery tickets in China, sues lottery centre & agent

A man in China spent around ₹1.17 crore ($130,000) on lottery tickets in September 2023 and lost the entire amount. He later sued sales agent and lottery centre, seeking a refund of his wager with interest. However, the court dismissed his plea, stating, "Buying lottery might possibly bring a big prize, but there is also a big risk of loss."
