Man lured by fake friend, beaten and robbed by gang in Kochi

A man in Kochi was lured by a fake friend to an apartment, where a gang brutally beat him and stole cash and his mobile. They also used a wallet app to transfer ₹24,757. The victim suffered serious injuries including a broken rib and is being treated at Kolenchery Medical College Hospital while police search for the attackers.
